This is great! My dog loves it but a bit too much, there were two rubber components that he tore to pieces but the other parts have been fine and it works fine without the extras.
This is his new favourite. And the T-Rex is totally chill with being gnawed at constantly.

I emailed when I purchased the first one a couple of months ago when it broke after two weeks. No reply.
I ordered two more which arrived just before Xmas. One lasted two days b4 the top snapped of th base. The third one is okay at this point. The furry tail is falling apart even though I keep trying it into a knot to stop it coming off. To say im disappointed is an understatement.i will not be buying these again as I have judt purchased two from Temu at a third of the price.

bought two of these cooling mats so i can fold them up and switch them out from the fridge. gamechanger for my little bunny--he's too small for human fans' airflow to reach him, and doesn't like smaller desktop fans pointed right at him, so he's difficult to care for in the summer. but he loves these! cools him down so fast and i find him sprawled out on them all day!
