Cool at first but then doesn't last overly long. I rolled 2 freezer blocks in teatowels & put them underneat ea mat. I think that helped.
Nothing wrong with ball. I gave it three stars because my dog Mia isn’t interested in it. She prefers the smaller pet stock balls.
I lost the love of my life (My Maggie) in June this year. She loved this cooking mat, provided I got her the large size. When she passed away, I gave her two mats to dogs in need from a charity. My Maggie sent me a new rescue pupper a month ago, so I needed a mat for her. Of course, I chose this one. Been using them for three years. Word of warning. Don’t put it in freezer for a quick recharge on a 40 degree day and forget it or it will ruin the gel and make it flat and useless. Like all products, they don’t last forever anyway. But it’s the mat of my choice.
There was only one heat pad that lasted 24hours. I thought it was a reheatable pad.
The heartbeat sound was too loud.
The Chill Out Cool Dog Mat is well made, colourful, and large enough for my kelpie cross. It works a treat in the tropics and keeps my dog comfortable on hot days. Highly recommend this product!

Puppies love especially when hot
The only toy that keeps my cats occupied for hours (if my hand holds out that long from waving it about for them!) Realistic looking and fascinating for the cats. The only downside is the wire doesn’t hold out for long; it splits and frays after a while.
I have a French Bulldog (Jessie) who was always grazing on grass!!! Since introducing her to “Inbetweeners” by Drool she now rarely grazes on grass it certainly has given her more of a healthire stomach 😊
My cats have lost interest in other toys but love this, I think because the legs wriggle around! However I feel I need to be careful with play as the string bit is quite wire like so I am wary of injury
My ragdoll cat loves this and she is extremely fussy!
Best cat toys ever, my cats have probably gone through about 10 of these now. Only wish they used a rubber coating on the steel wire and hardware as some of it is a bit sharp. I just hot glue over it so it can’t scratch the kitties eyes or anything!!
My Jack Russell x terrier loves these toys and they last quite a long time
