All orders less than $75 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99.

Orders $75 and above will be shipped to your door free of charge via the most economical delivery method.

We are only able to deliver to NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and SA.

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer:

• Delivery to NT, TAS or WA
• Delivery outside of Australia
• Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or post offices
• Express shipping

We usually send orders via Aramex. However, we may use other reputable couriers to ensure your parcel is delivered in a timely manner.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Our warehouse is located on the Central Coast, NSW.

Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days.

Please note we are unable to guarantee any delivery date. We are only able to provide estimates.

Times can be longer in peak periods and around holidays.

Delivery drivers will leave the goods if you are not home (unless you advise us to the contrary). The parcels are your responsibility if left. 

The driver won’t leave the parcels if he/she thinks it’s not secure.

If you are not likely to be home, you can let us know a place that you would like the parcels left.

If you are not home and you advise it is not okay to leave when the courier arrives, they will take it to the nearest depot. You may have to pick it up or they may attempt re-delivery at a later date. Re-delivery may result in you being charged a re-delivery fee.
