Standard Shipping

• Spend under $85 = $9.99 Flat Rate
• Spend $85+ = FREE SHIPPING

Delivery Locations

• We are only able to deliver to NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC & SA.
  
• Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to NT, TAS or WA.
• If you live in a rural area, you may be required to collect your item from a local depot or collection point.

Times

• Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Rarely some orders take up to 4 business days to be dispatched.
• The freight companies we use are unable to guarantee a delivery date.
• Contact us if you would like a delivery time estimate.
• Allow extra time for delivery to regional areas or during busy holiday periods.

Postage Options

• Zach's Pet Shop will determine the carrier that is used to ship your order.
• Orders are usually sent via Aramex or Australia Post. However, we may use other reputable couriers to ensure your parcel is delivered in a timely manner.
• You will be emailed tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• All orders are given authority to leave in a safe place without a signature (unless you advise us to the contrary)

Free Shipping - Orders $75+

• Shipping will be provided free of charge when your total order value (inclusive of discounts) is $75 or greater. 

Standard Shipping - $9.99 

• Flat rate shipping of $9.99 for orders shipped to NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC & SA.

We do NOT offer:

• Express shipping.
• Delivery outside of Australia.
• Delivery to any islands without road access. This includes (but is not limited to) King Island 7256 and Russell Island 4184.

Change of Mind

• If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, you can do so within 30 days (or within reason) subject to the below: 
• Your purchase (the product/s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• You must notify us of your intention to return your purchase and request the return shipping address from us.
• Return postage costs will be at your expense.
• A refund minus the original freight charge will be given. 
• Refunds will be in the same payment method as payment was received.
• For payments made via Afterpay, we will deduct the Afterpay fee from your refund amount.

Faulty Products 

• Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
• In order for us to honour our commitments to these guarantees, we may ask that you;
• Provide a detailed explanation of the issue with the product.
• Provide photographic or video evidence of the issue with the product.
• Seek an independent report about the fault with the product.
• Return the product to us for further inspection.
• Based on the above information and after consultation with the manufacturer we will then make a decision on a Repair, Replacement or Refund. 
• Our obligation is to ensure that you are left in a position that is equal to or better than when you made the purchase with us. 
• No dog toy is indestructible and we take no responsibility for dogs destroying or pulling apart a toy.
• While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and measurements, please be aware that slight variations may occur. Product colours may appear differently due to photographic lighting and display settings.
